Candlelit evenings of breathwork, ritual, and conversation — soft, sober, and held. A place to land before, between, or instead of the deeper journey work.

Three- and five-day ceremonial retreats in legal, prepared settings. Small groups, two facilitators, deep care before and after the journey itself.

What you bring back is the work. Six- and twelve-week integration arcs for women returning from the medicine — yours or one offered elsewhere.
The mushroom does not give you anything you did not already have. She only turns the light on so you can see it.

mushroombaby is for women who feel the pull but want to walk slowly. Mothers, makers, healers, the burnt-out and the curious. The ones who are done performing wellness and ready for something honest.
No prior experience is needed. No particular path is required. What is asked of you is only what is asked of any guest in a sacred home — care, presence, and the willingness to be soft.
